During this guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, we will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.
- Q:What are your Payment and delivery terms?
- A:1) TT, 30% as prepaid ,70% before delivery
2) L/C, 30% by TT ,70% as L/C at sight, and for clients from Bangladesh&Ethiopia ,we accept 100% L/C at sight.
Delivery time: Standard will be in 30-40working days - Q:What Technical Support we can get if order machines
- A:We can provide Installation Drawings,Basic operating instructions,Operation explanation through Video&Photos,Online video calling for technicial support if necessary.
